Our sauces and salsas are made by Mexican horticulturists, farmers and gourmets who produce organic Habanero Chilli in Quintana Roo, Riviera Maya (eastern part of Yucatan Peninsula of Mexico). Using the produce from their own plantations, they have created the first range of “real smoked”, all natural Habanero Chilli Sauces.

Traditional Mayan Methods and Recipes

The recipe is based on the traditional Mayan method of smoking the Habanero Chillis in underground wooden ovens - the time and care spent in this traditional method results in a truly unique and unsurpassed flavour that can now be enjoyed world-wide.
