Postage & Packaging

We try to keep the cost of Post and Packing as low as possible while being aware of environmental issues. We recycle old packaging whenever possible but due to the nature of the goods, a certain amount of protective packaging is required to ensure safe delivery.

Postage & Packaging Costs

Payments

All payments need to be made in pounds sterling (GBP). Please be aware that we cannot be liable for any currency fluctuations at the time of payment.

Payments may be made through this website via Paypal using a range of credit and debit cards, which include the following: Visa, MasterCard, Paypal Credit Card, American Express, Maestro, Switch Solo, Visa Delta and Visa Electron.

Alternatively, if you prefer using other forms of payments, eg cheques, please contact Secretos Mayas (UK Divison) and ask for Nick Bell.

Returns and Refunds

In the unlikely event of your goods being damaged on arrival, you need to let us know within 5 days of receipt and we will arrange for a replacement to be sent to you.

You may cancel your order prior to dispatch.
