A Web Design Service affordable to all
Our web design prices are itemised rather than given as 'set packages'.
We are able to accommodate most budgets - it's ok to start with a one-page
website and add extra pages as your business develops.

A complete Package
We can also design the artwork for business cards and other
business stationery as well any
marketing needs (leaflets, posters etc)
to match your website.
Technically, in order to set up a website you require:
- A Domain Name
-
£10 per year (minimum of 2 years) for '.co.uk' names and
approx £15-20 per year for most TLD (Top Level Domains) such
as '.com' names.
- Web Hosting
-
£75 per year - a very reliable web hosting package
(100% on-line time)
with e-mail facility and comprehensive web statistics.
Please note:
Unless you already have a Domain Name, we prefer purchasing
the Domain Names for the websites we design; this avoids Server Administrative issues which
can take time to resolve and ensures your website will be on-line without delay.
If you have already bought your Domain Name, we will need to know the name of the company
where you purchased the Domain Name as well as your username and login details so we can
change the Nameserver.
A fee of £10 is chargeable for this.
We like to give you control over the budget you wish to allocate to your website.
For this reason, we offer individually priced web pages so you can
decide the best way to make your requirements fit your budget.
- 1st Page of Website (ie homepage) or One-Page Website

- Subsequent pages (and Splash Page if required)

- Electronic Forms (eg 'contact form', 'order forms', 'guest-books',
'feedback' etc)

Please note PDF format form (ie which can
be downloaded, printed and sent by post - ie not electronically) are charged £10.
- Image Galleries and Slideshows (This price may vary depending on the number
of images to display and if the images require editing or enhancement)

Please note that we reserve the right to charge an additional fee for the
design of very long pages (data in excess of equivalent of 2 x A4 size sheets), or
if graphics involve a lot of extra work. If so, this wil be discussed with you.
Please note that 'Updates Contracts' do not cover the design of additional
web pages, galleries, slideshows, web forms.
These need to be charged at the standard Web Design Costs.
- One-off, Occasional Updates - text/information to be updated on
one occasion.
£15
- Yearly, General Update - extensive updating of website contents
(text and images).
£15 per hour
- Quarterly Updates - ie updating required months approx 4 times per year.
£50 per year
- Monthly Updates - ie updating required every month approx - about
12 times per year.
£70 - £120 per year
If you feel your personal requirements are not covered by the
above Update Packages, please do not hesitate to
contact us to discuss your requirements
and ask for a quote for a customised Update Package.
We understand that it is not always easy to anticipate how much information will need
to be updated. In cases where the volume of information to be updated
exceeds significantly your initial expectations, you will be able to upgrade
your Update Contract.
These prices apply exclusively to existing clients - ie with a website originally
designed by Woodham Web Writer.
- Level 1 Restyle - Some design changes to 'refresh' the style of the
website.
30% of Web Design Costs - based on number of
web pages in the site.
- Level 2 Restyle - A more extensive restyle (eg colours, font-styles etc)
while keeping main structure (ie lay-out) of the website.
60% of Web Design Costs - based on number
of web pages in the site.
- Complete Redesign - Complete redesign (ie new website)
(only applicable to existing clients).
90% of Web Design Costs - based on number
of web pages in the site.
Our design charges include the design of graphics for your website - assistance
in finding appropriate imagery where appropriate as well as creations of graphics to
enhance your website (Please note this excludes the
creation of logos).
On rare occasions, where much research and graphic design is required,
we may need to charge an additional fee. If so, this will discussed and agreed
with you.
We can design Flash Animations to enhance your website.
Animations charges vary according to the level of complexity - from £10.
It is essential to ensure that your website ties up with the rest of your business
stationery and printed marketing material.
If your business is already established, we will design your website
to match existing logos, colours and designs already associated with your business .
In the case of new businesses, we can help you create an image for
your business, through the design of your website. This will need to be
reinforced by using the same design elements for your business stationery
(business cards, letter-headings, compliment slips etc) as well as for your
marketing material (leaflets, posters etc).
We can design the artwork for these to match your website:
- Logo design: £30
- Business Cards: £20
- Letter-headings, Compliment Slips: £10
- Posters, Leaflets: £15 - £20
- Art-work for Marketing Agencies (eg Yellow Pages, Magazine Adverts etc):

Prices may vary slightly depending on the level of complexity involved in
the design.
